PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuation in the temperature of hot water at the time of stopping the supplying of the hot water, and starting that of the hot water, by providing a means which finds the change gradient of the temperature of cold water. CONSTITUTION:When a user operates a hot water temperature setting means 15 or a flow rate setting means, supplying hot water temperature form a supplying hot water temperature estimating means 16, and setting temperature from a hot water temperature setting means 15 are inputted. Furthermore, the temperature of the cold water is measured by a hot water temperature detecting means 8, and the change gradient between the temperature of the cold water sampled at the last time is found, and it is decided whether the change gradient is smaller than the set value of a gradient setting means 19. When it is decided that it is smaller by a comparing means 20, the temperature of the cold water is outputted to a storage means 21, then it is stored. The temperature of the cold water stored at this time is outputted to a mixing ratio arithmetic means 17, then, a mixing ratio can be found. An energizing quantity arithmetic means 23 decides the energizing quantities of driving means 10 and 12 from a found mixing ratio, and opens a cold water side valve and a hot water side valve. The mixing ratio is corrected by temperature deviation to always keep the set temperature after supplying the hot water once, and it is outputted to the valve driving means 10 and 12.
