发明名称 HEAT ACCUMULATING DEVICE OF SUPER-COOLING TYPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to accumulate heat easily and conveniently and take out heat simply and surely by providing capillary tube impregnated with a heat accumulating material to connect the inside and outside of a vessel, and dividing the outside capillary body of the vessel into two sections, and placing a switching device between those two sections. CONSTITUTION:When a heat accumulating device 1 is heated, the heat accumulating material melts and its phase changes from solid phase to liquid phase. At this time, the end section of a capillary body 4b is placed away from the heating device so that only the heat accumulating material in this section will not be melted. After heating, the heat accumulating material is cooled and it goes to the state of supercooling. But, since the end section of the capillary body 4b is not heated, the heat accumulating material 3 does not melt but stays in solid state. During cooling the heat accumulating material which did not melt becomes a seed crystal and the accumulating material in the capillary body 4b crystallizes gradually. When heat is required, a switching device 5 is operated to make the capillary bodies 4a and 4b contact each other, and then the crystal of the capillary body 4b becomes a seed crystal and the heat accumulating material 3 of the capillary body 4a starts crystallization and the heat accumulating material in a vessel 2 also starts crystallization. With this arrangement it is possible by operating the switching device 5 to crystallize the heat accumulating material in the state of super-cooling easily and take out the latent heat.
