PURPOSE:To save a screw and a spring each by forming a screw retainer and side pressing spring unitedly in the form of coating it to a carriage. CONSTITUTION:The screw retainer and side pressure spring 1 are fixed to the carriage 3 by a fastening screw 51. A guide rail 4 is inserted to the carriage 3 and the carriage 3 is slided along the guide rail 4. In this case, the screw retainer and side pressing spring 1 formed unitedly with a screw retaining spring and a side pressing spring is folded in a form to be coated to the carriage 3 and fixed by the fastening screw 51. Thus, the carriage 3 is in press contact with a lead screw 2 and the guide rail 4 by the screw retainer and side pressing spring 1 at the same time. A screw pin 2 provided to the carriage 3 is pressed into contact with the slot of the lead screw 2. Thus, when the lead screw 2 is turned, the screw pin 11 is driven and the carriage 3 is moved by a distance in response to a rotary angle along the guide rail 4.
