PURPOSE:To store the memory information accordant with laps of time with a small hardware quantity by comparing the total memory information with each other between a certain time point and its immediately preceding time point to store the differential memory information that produced a change and restoring the total memory information obtained at a prescribed time point based on the stored memory information. CONSTITUTION:The total information is compared with each other between a certain time point and its immediately preceding time point for detection of differential memory information 111-11n that produced changes. These detected differential memory information are stored in an auxiliary memory 40 and then used for restoration of total memory information 100-10n obtained at a prescribed time point. In such a way, the information quantity to be stored is compressed and the memory information accordant with lapse of time can be effectively stored with a small hardware quantity.
