PURPOSE:To cool a magnetic base board through utilizing the exhaust of an air motor, and check any raise of the temperature to prevent deterioration of insulating performance of a magnetic coil due to the high temperature, by using the air motor as a driving source of tool rotation. CONSTITUTION:A drill main body 11 has an air motor built-in as a power source and is connected to an air supply pipe 12 and a manual closing valve 13. Sockets 15, 16 are for fitting the drill main body 11 to a bracket plate 10 and a sliding rod 6. The interior of the socket 16 is formed as a cavity for an exhaust from the air motor to pass through, and the exhaust flows into a silencing chamber 4 after passing through the socket. The exhaust in the silencing chamber is diverged and introduced to rear and front face positions of an electromagnet base board 2 by means of discharge ports 19, 20. A detection means is provided to detect coming up of the magnetic base 2 from a workpiece 21, and a limit switch 22 is fitted on the front face of a cover 18. |
