PURPOSE:To reduce a turbulence of the air flow, and to prevent the generation of a defect of the film, by furnishing a suction port toward the inside of a panel glass, and sucking the air when the coating solution is shaken off owing to a high speed rotation. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 5 is furnished at the upper side of the sealing face 1b of a panel glass 1 in a collector 3, and opened to the inner surface 1a of the panel glass 1. When the device is operated, the air is sucked through the port 5 to make the air flow A. Since the splash of the shaken out spread solution is sucked and exhausted through the port 5, and since the air flow A is controlled from generating a turbulence, little dust is generated, the splash of the coating solution or dirt is not attached on the film, and the quality of the fluorescent screen is improved.
