PURPOSE:To prevent a motor at an on-site circuit from being immediately driven when a central-single-operation-changeover-switch is charged by providing a self-holding circuit which is for making a single-operation-contact-point effective through the charge of a break-contact-point. CONSTITUTION:A central-single-operation-changeover-switch 28 is charged and the first relay R1 is energized and the first relay contact point r1 is made to close. When an on-site changeover switch 30 is changed and a break-control- point 31 is charged, the second relay R2 is magnetized and the second relay R2 is closed. Accordingly, the first relay contact point r1, the second relay contact point r2 and the second relay R2 constitute a series circuit, which becomes a self-holding circuit that keeps energizing the second relay R2. Afterward, even if the break-contact-point 31 is opened by charging the simple- operation-contact-point 29 of the on-site changeover switch 30, the second contact point r2 maintain a closed state, so the simple-operation-contact-point 29 becomes effective. Accordingly, the primary switch 88 is magnetized and a motor starts a single operation.
