PURPOSE:To prevent sludge from being newly generated from a treating system by adding a chelating agent and hydrolase to sludge and waste water and also passing gas contg. oxygen. CONSTITUTION:Organic sludge, a chelating agent and hydrolase are fed to a reactor 101. The mixture is drawn out from the bottom of the reactor with a circulation pump 110 and introduced into an ejector 111 through a circulation line 109. After mixing it with the air fed via an air suction pipe 112 by means of the ejector 111, this mixture is discharged to the inside of the reactor 101 through a nozzle 113. Thereby aeration of gas contg. oxygen is violently performed for organic sludge and both stabilization of sludge and enhancement of dewatering properties are attained in a short time. 0.001-0.5% of the chelating agent and 0.01-1.0% of hydrolase are used to the weight of dry goods of the organic sludge.
