PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of a magnet yoke by axially forming steps in the outer peripheral surface of a core and engaging a ring magnet with the step of the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 is press-fitted to a shaft 1. The core 2 is stepwisely formed on the outer periphery, and a step 3 of an inner periphery and a step 4 of the outer periphery are formed. A ring magnet 6 is attached to the step 4 of the outer periphery of the core 2. An adhesive is filled in to a gap 7 formed between the inner periphery of the magnet 6 and the step 3. An abutting part 5 butts the magnet 6.
