PURPOSE:To lightly rotate a rotary body in a levitated state, in a treatment tank equipped with a scraper widely used in an industrial field such as food industry, by injecting compressed air from a large number of jet holes provided to the inner peripheral surface of the bearing of the rotary body. CONSTITUTION:In rotary body 21 having a disc 1, the outer peripheral surface thereof is formed into an inwardly depressed V-shaped cross-sectional shape by two oblique surface 21a, 21b. The compressed air supplied to a blow-in port 22a is injected in a jet orifice 22c and a minute gap 23 from a cavity 22b to be emitted to a minute gap 4c. The pressure of the compressed air layer in the minute gap 23 becomes uniform and a compressed air layer is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the rotary body 21 and the outer peripheral surface of a bearing 22, and the rotary body 21 becomes levitated in the bearing 22. Since the rotary body 21 comes to lightly rotate and rotatory power may be small, the great reduction in power cost, miniaturization and the reduction in installation cost can be achieved.
