PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives cured products having stable long-term electrical conductivity, consisting of alpha,omega- dihydroxydiorganopolysiloxane, electrically conductive metallic powder, electrically conductive carbon filler, a crosslinking agent, a catalyst for crosslinking reaction and a volatile org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. alpha,omega-dihydroxydiorganopolysiloxane (A) having a viscosity of 500-50,000cst is homogeneously dispersed in and mixed with 50-80 pts.wt. electrically conductive metallic powder (B) (e.g., Ni), 0.1-300pts.wt. electrically conductive carbon filler (C) (e.g., acetylene black), 0.1-30pts.wt. crosslinking agent (D) composed of a silane (condensate of partial hydrolyzate) of the formula (wherein R<1> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; Z is a hydrolyzable group; a is 0-2), 0-5pts.wt. catalyst (E) for crosslinking reaction (e.g., iron naphthanate) and 1-500pts.wt. volatile org. solvent (F) having a b.p. of 30-300 deg.C (e.g., toluene).
