Ans, it is tilted to the left, a turning angle controller 16 operates on the basis of a signal out of a command turning generator 2, making a propeller 11 turn to the right as far as 90 degrees via a turning cylinder 13, and when it is tilted to the right, the propeller 11 is made to turn to the left as far as 90 degrees. In addition, with a left tilt of the control lever 8, a vow thruster 14 generates a left-hand thrust on the basis on a signal out of a vow thruster command blade angle generator 3, generating a right-hand thrust with a right tilt. Therefore, the hull and lever operation are accorded with each other, thus an operational error is prevented from occurring.
