PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent antistatic properties, heat resistance and mechanical properties, consisting of a polybutylene terephthalate, a specified phosphonium salt of an alkylsulfonic acid and a hindered phenol compd. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polybutylene terephthalate (A) having a relative viscosity of 1.30-2.00 (in 0.5% o-chlorophenol at 25 deg.C) and the number of terminal carboxyl groups of 10-80 equivalents/ton is blended with 0.01-10pts.wt. phosphonium salt of an alkylsulfonic acid (B) of the formula (wherein R<1> is a 1-40 C alkyl; R<2> and R<3> are each a 1-20 C hydrocarbon group) and 0.001-5 pts.wt. hindered phenol compd. (C) having an MW of 150-5,000 and of formula II (wherein R<7> is a 1-10 C alkyl such as methyl, ethyl, propyl, etc.).
