PURPOSE:To eliminate a crack due to temperature change thereby to obviate the defects such as a short-circuit of a field coil by bending the coil in a semicured state of a synthetic resin film, and then completely curing it. CONSTITUTION:Leads are wound to form two coil states 1a, 1b through a crossover track 1c as a strand winding state of a field coil 1. Then, the strand winding state of the coil 1 is dipped in vinyl chloride resin solution, and pulled up to form a vinyl chloride resin film on the surface as a field coil of semicured state. Then, the field coil is bent in the semicured state, thermally cured, formed in a predetermined shape to obtain a field coil in which the synthetic resin is completely cured.
