PURPOSE:To effectively remove phosphorous and nitrogen ions by using porous calcium silicate having tobermorite crystal as a treating material. CONSTITUTION:Porous calcium silicate which has tobermorite crystal and a size of about 200mu-2mm is immersed into water incorporating phosphorus and nitrogen ions to be treated. Thereby phosphorus and nitrogen ions incorporated in water to be treated can be effectively removed.
