PURPOSE:To be able to simply attach a brush in a short time by attaching a commutator to a rotor, securing a brush holder to the peripheral wall of a yoke, and then inserting a brush spring. CONSTITUTION:A brush house 12 is disposed around a commutator 9, and the inserting hole 16 of a brush spring 17 is formed on a radial outside. After the commutator 9 is attached to a rotor 8, a brush holder 10 in which a plurality of brush houses 12 all contain brushes 15 is secured to the peripheral wall of the yoke 1. Then, the brush spring 17 is inserted from the hole 16 to the brush house 12.
