PURPOSE:To bond a tire constitutional member with high accuracy, by a method wherein the tire constitutional member is positionally corrected on a belt conveyor in the lateral direction by a lateral direction positioning means and the shapes of the cut leading and rear ends of said member are corrected by a leading end and rear end shape correction means. CONSTITUTION:A belt member 1 being a tire constitutional member is supplied to a belt conveyor 3 in a state cut into a definite length from a definite length cutting conveyor 2 and fed while the position and shape thereof are corrected on said conveyor 3 to be wound around and adhered to a molding drum 4. The belt conveyor 3 is constituted by throwing a feed belt 10 over front and rear pulleys 11, 12 and centering arms 30, 31 are supported from above on both sides of the center of the feed belt 10. Centering bars 32, 33 grasp the belt member 1 on the feed belt 10 from both sides by driving motors 45, 46 and the positioning thereof in the lateral direction can be performed. Further, pins 50, 51 are pivotally supported at the front and rear ends of the arms 30, 31 and correction arms 52a, 52b, 53a, 53b shakable in the horizontal direction are arranged to make it possible to correct the shapes of the cut leading and rear end parts of the belt member 1.
