PURPOSE:To prevent substance to be collected such as dust from dropping off or scattering over again and stabilize the shape of filter element by laminating a number of electret files and electret fibrous sheets alternately. CONSTITUTION:Fluid to be filtered is guided from the A surface side of the front side into an electret filter element 1 and comes out to the B surface side of the back side after passing through inside and electret fibrous sheet 3 working as a flow passage 4. At that time, as substances to be collected such as dust and the like contained in the fluid are collected mechanically by the electret fibrous sheet 3 and simultaneously adsorbed and collected by static force, substances such as dust and the like, once collected, are not likely to drop off or scatter over again. Further, by laminating a number of electret films 2 and sheets 3 alternately, the shape of the element 1 can be stabilized.
