PURPOSE:To enable a mass production of products of the same pattern, by a method wherein a desired pattern is previously printed on a plate with a colored portion as well as a fitting line by screen printing etc., and a cloth etc. is fitted in by using a fitting groove formed along the line. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing C etc. is conducted in such a manner as a printing original plate D having a doll pattern (a) is loaded on a plate 1, and thereon an ink E etc., is rubbed to print a color pattern 2 and a fitting line 3 on the plate 1. The outline of the doll pattern (a) etc., is formed by the fitting line 3. After that, a fitting groove 5 is made along the fitting line 3 by using a knife 4 etc. Additionally, the end of a cloth etc. forming the pattern is securely bonded into the fitting groove 5 through an adhesive to impart a stereoscopic sense to the doll pattern (a). On the other hand, the cloth 6 etc., is not applied to the portion of the color pattern 2 so that the printed color pattern 2 is revealed as it is. |
