PURPOSE:To rapidly perform the judge processing of a mold feed-in process, by mounting a control means for subjecting a feed-in mechanism to feed-in operation when the thickness of a mold is smaller than a predetermined value and bringing the same to a stop state when the thickness of the mold is larger than the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:When a mold M is fed to a preparatory temp. control station 4 in a normal state by an arrangement truck 10, no mold M is positioned in the moving region of a contact plate 505 and the piston rod 510 of an air cylinder 504 extends to the max. and subsequently returned to the origin. With this operation, a slide plate 507 also slides on a guide rod 506 and a cam surface 511 turns a limit switch ON. A control circuit 513 judges that the thickness of the mold M is normal to operate the hooker 108 of the arrangement truck 10 and the feed-in of the mold M is started. When the mold M generates mold opening on the way of feed and the thickness of the mold is larger than the interval between a fixed plate 501 and a movable plate 502, the mold M is fed to the preparatory temp. control station 4 and, when the piston rod 510 is extended, the elongation of the contact plate is stopped on the way by the mold M. |
