PURPOSE:To accurately perform the control of mold clamping force, in loosening mold clamping force at the time of the cutting of a gate, by detecting the change quantity of a toggle mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When the predetermined time required in predetermined molding is elapsed after the clamping of a mold, a mold loosening start signal is inputted to a control circuit 25 and a control signal is inputted to a hydraulic circuit 20. On the basis of this signal, oil pressure is drawn out from a mold clamping cylinder 19 and a crosshead 16 moves in the left direction. As a result, upper and lower toggle links 14, 15 are shortened to loose mold clamping force and, when proper mold clamping force for cutting a gate is obtained, an approach switch 23 detects an article 22 to be detected by the movement of the crosshead 16. This detection signal is inputted to the control circuit 25 and, when the control circuit 25 outputs a control signal, said signal is inputted to the hydraulic circuit 20 which in turn stops the drawing-out of oil pressure. |
