PURPOSE:To make a welding operation easy, to eliminate a defect due to the leakage of airtightness and to enhance the reliability in such a way that a coupling sleeve and a stainless-steel bellows are bonded by welding a welding ring made of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION:Coupling sleeves 5, 6 made of Kovar and stainless-steel bellows 7, 8 are welded through welding rings 14, 15. This welding operation can be executed easily because the stainless-steel bellows 7, 8 and the welding rings 14, 15 are made of the identical material, stainless steel. In addition, at the coupling sleeves 5, 6 made of Kovar and the welding rings 14, 15 the thickness of the part to be welded at the coupling sleeves 5, 6 is made to be the same as that of the welding rings 14, 15 as shown by A in the figure. As a result, the welding operation becomes easy and the welded part becomes stable. |
