PURPOSE:To improve the antislipping effect by radially fitting arch-shaped plate springs having the predetermined spring pressure to a hub removably provided on a wheel and fitting elastic bodies having snow pins at their open ends. CONSTITUTION:Arch-shaped plate springs 20 made of stainless steel are radially fitted to an antislipping device hub 10 made of stainless steel removably provided on a wheel. A belt 30 consisting of a series of rubber-like elastic bodies having snow pins is fitted at the open ends of the plate springs 20. According to this constitution, the snow pins are stuck in the snow or ice by the elastic force of the elastic bodies 30 and arch-shaped plate springs 20 independently of the pressure in a tire, the grounding area is increased due to the belt-shaped elastic bodies, and the antislipping effect is improved. At the same time, the road surface can be prevented from being damaged.
