PURPOSE:To prevent spike metals from falling off by combining a preset quantity of the predetermined short fiber with a rubber compound at intersections or strip-shaped sections where the spike metals are buried and vulcanization- molding them concurrently and integrally in the net type or ladder type said antislipping tool made of rubber. CONSTITUTION:A rubber compound at intersections where nail-shaped spike metals 6 of the antislipping main body rubber 3 is formed by mixing and dispersing short fibers 2-20 pts. wt. having the size of 0.8-15 de. and the length of 1-10 mm with rubber 100 pts. wt. This compound is vulcanization-molded concurrently and integrally. In this case, the short fiber used is resorcin, formalin, and latex-treated in advance, and resorcin resin, methylene donor, and fine powder aquifer silicon oxide are added to this rubber compound in advance. According to this constitution, the spike metals 6 are prevented from falling off, and steering stability can be improved. |
