PURPOSE:To lower an error rate, by finding the angle of elevation of an antenna.,comparing an obtained angle of elevation of the antenna with a set angle of elevation value, and inputting a signal of a difference between them to a communication control equipment. CONSTITUTION:When the angle of elevation of the antenna is detected by a potensiometer mounted on an antenna 2, its elevation signal is inputted to the signal converter 7 of an interface 6, and is converted to a digital signal. The angle of elevation value of the antenna is compared with the set value of a hysteresis algorithm 8, and when it is lowered to - E less than the set value E in figure, a trigger signal to improve the error rate is inputted to the communication control equipment 5. Also, when a detected angle of elevation value rises to + E, the signal returning the value to an original value automatically is inputted to the equipment 5. In this way, it is possible to recognize whether possibility to increase the error rate of data exists or not prior to data transmission.
