PURPOSE:To clarify a final picture drawing condition by controlling a picture drawing display part while referring a memory corresponding to a picture drawing area and a memory unifying and storing in a time series communication data according to the transmitting/receiving procedure. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting/receiving buffer 10 unifies and stores the data from a storing starting pointer in the sequence of the transmitting data and the receiving data according to the procedures of a transmitting side and a receiving side. When a final picture drawing is started, the data shown by the storing starting pointer of the buffer 10 for transmitting/receiving are fetched, the picture drawing is executed, a picture drawing area corresponding memory 11 is referred, and at the time of the inside of the area, a picture drawing pen 18 is increased and picture-drawing is executed through a pen up-and-down circuit 15 and at the time of the outside of the area, the picture drawing is executed by a pen-down. Next, when the data from the transmitting/ receiving buffer 10 is a partial erasing, a picture drawing area corresponding memory 11 is cleared and a next erasing area is detected. By repeating a series of these actions up to a stored pointer, a final picture drawing can be obtained.
