The present invention relates to a device which allows a cyclist to be an integral part of his machine and, whilst gaining power, to relieve his arms and his back during exertion. The present invention relates to a novel bicycle saddle having a special shape at the front. A swelling under the front end, a bit like a hook, makes it possible to hold therein a belt of suitable manufacture which holds the cyclist after having passed around his waist. <IMAGE>
