PURPOSE:To provide a vibrating plate for speaker which is endowed with water-repellency and fire-retardant property by a simple treatment procedure comprising treating natural cellulose fibers with a mixed solution of a fire-retardant and a water-repellent which are compatible with organic solbents. |
