PURPOSE:To decrease variations of a brake friction torque by forming a brake shoe with all aromatic type polyester resin, a flouring contained resin, and a carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION:A brake shoe pressure bar spring 6 together with a brake shoe 4 is sustained at a through hole 7 provided to a frame 1. The brake shoe 4 is formed by all aromatic type polyester resin of 5-35 parts, a fluorine contained resin of 50-90 parts, and a carbon fiber of 5-30 parts. Therefor, variations of a brake friction torque can be decreased with a static friction torque increased and neared to a dynamic friction torque as fibers of the carbon fiber have a scratching force on the sliding surface.
