PURPOSE:To remove quickly dew condensation generated on the indoor wall to prevent the generation of foul odor and unfavorable influence to human body by installing a means detecting the dew condensation on the indoor wall and a means executing and controlling dehumidifying operation in response to the detected result at the time of space heating operation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of space heating operation dew condensation is generated on the inside surface of a wall 1 when an outdoor temp. is low. Then, the voltage of the level corresponding to the quantity of the dew condensation is sent out from a dew condensation sensor 11. When the output voltage level of the sensor 11 is higher than that of a set value circuit 34, a control part 40 responds to the logic signal '1' from an OR circuit 35 to return a four- way valve 22 to a normal condition and also drive a heater 27. The air socked from an air suction hole 22 into the indoor unit A is dehumidified and cooled by an indoor heat exchanger 25 acting as a vaporizer. Thereby, the generation of mould etc., is prevented to be able to stop the generation of foul odor and unfavorable influence to human body.
