<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated molding having a sound insulation and vibration damping effect, by a method wherein immediately after sticking a permeable nonwoven fabric impregnated with asphalt on a synthetic resin sheet which is in a molten state, vacuum molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin sheet 1 is pulled out while a thickness of the same is being controlled by three rolls 13, 15. A laminated sheet layer 3 is formed by sticking the synthetic resin sheet 1 and a nonwoven fabric layer 2 impregnated with asphalt together by a laminator 20. Upon the formation, vacuum molding treatment of the laminated sheet layer 3 is performed by rotary vacuum molding molds 33a-d in order continuously. With this construction, a laminated molding which is free from distortion and superior in sound insulating properties, sound absorbing qualities and vibration damping properties can be obtained.</p> |
