PURPOSE:To improve the frequency characteristic of the impedance of a ferrite core by composing it of iron oxide, zinc oxide and manganese oxide so that the contents are as shown in 3-element composition chart in a predetermined composition range. CONSTITUTION:The contents of iron oxide, zinc oxide and manganese oxide are in a composition range surrounded by A (50, 8, 14, 35, 2), B (50, 8, 25, 24, 2), C (46, 27, 27), D (46, 14, 40) in a 3-element composition chart in terms of x+y+z=100 mol%. If the contents become a range lower than a line AB, its impedance at 5MHz or higher is reduced. If it becomes a range lower than a line BC, its impedance in low frequency is abruptly inclined. If it becomes upper than a line CD, its impedance is reduced in all frequency range. If it becomes lower than a line CA, the impedance in frequencies lower than 100MHz is reduced and the decrease in its initial permeability is increased. |
