PURPOSE:To improve an occupied area and the economy of a space by selecting and changing over the image information output of a reading means and an image information input inputted from an external part except the image infor mation output of the reading means and changing and recording the image to the image information of an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:The image information output of an image sensor IMG as a reading means to convert an image to the image information of an electric signal and an image information input inputted from an external part except the image information output of a reading means IMG are selected and changed over, and the image information inputted from the external part is converted to an image-recordable electric signal. Consequently, a recording means to record, to a recording paper, a space to house an image processing device, etc., especially, the image information such as a facsimile, etc., equipped on a vehicle can be used as other recording means and the occupied area of the limited space can be effectively used, the recording means of the output device to handle other image signal is unnecessary and the devices are inexpensive.
