PURPOSE:To make it possible to increase average output for hours to an X-ray tube without magnifying the disc capacity by constituting an envelope part in the position opposed to one angle part of the disc of a metal part and interposing a heat transfer mediation part moving for mutual surface contact of the disc one angle part and the envelope metal part. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped heat carrier member or a heat transfer mediation part 8 is provided between a holding member 12 comprizing one part of an envelope and a disc 1 being linked by four connecting rods 10 provided along a ring-shaped permanent magnet 9 and a circumference. After finishing load, when the disc 1 stops, the electromagnet 13 is energized and the heat carrier member 8 is pressed at the disc 1 heated by load to take heat away from the disc 1. When the electromagnet 13 is not energized, the heat carrier member 8 is in contact with the holding member 12 and the heat taken away from the disc 1 is transmitted to the holding member 12 to be radiated to the outside unillustrated insulating oil.
