HOMOGENEOUS SHEEP T11TS AS AN INTERMEDIATE FOR THE PREPARATION OF HUMAN T11TS,AND THE USE THEREOF

The target structure T11TS on sheep erythrocytes for the T11 structure on human T cells is purified to homogeneity. The homogeneous sheep T11TS can be used to prepare an anti-T11TS antiserum with antibodies which react both with sheep T11TS and with T11TS on human erythrocytes. Sheep T11TS and human T11TS can be used in diagnosis and therapy.
