发明名称 HIGH-PERFORMANCE RARE-EARTH CAST MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the state of low O2, to contrive improvement in the yield of production, and to form the title magnet into an arbitrary shape by a method wherein the rare-earth magnet having high characteristics is manufactured by performing alloying and casting processes only by restricting the composition of an R-Fe-B magnet and the kind and quantity of materials to be added. CONSTITUTION:The composition of the title magnet is indicated by RX (FeaCO1-a)1-x-y-zMyBz, and anisotropy is given to the magnet. In the case where the magnet is formed in the above-mentioned composition, high magnetic coercive force can be obtained at a speed lower than 10<5> deg.C/sec. which is used in a high speed quenching. The ordinary casting method may be used, but the high-speed casting method in which molten metal is deposited in a cooling metal mold using the method such as gas atomization and the like and a block is formed, is considered suitable from the view point of the coercive force of iHe. Accordingly, a complicated high speed quenching device is unnecessitated, and there is no configurational restriction on a ribbon and the like. The R in the above-mentioned formula is one or more kinds of rare-earth elements containing Y, M is a kind of element selected from the group consisting of Al, Ni, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, W and Cu, x, y, z and an indicate atomic ratio of 0.03<=x<=0.25; 0.05<=y<=0.15; 0.02<=z<=0.15; 0.5<=a<=1.
