PURPOSE:To prevent an X-ray detector from shifting in position owing to the movement of an X-ray detector by moving the detector under the guidance of a 1st guide for positioning the detector on a Rowland circle and a 2nd guide in the shape of the locus of an X-ray convergence point. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 6 is driven, analyzing crystal 13 moves along a straight line A while rotating its crystal surface. A detector base 14, on the other hand, moves along a guide rail 9 and also moves along a guide groove G by a support rod, so the position of the X-ray detector 15 is determined by the guide groove G all the time according to the movement of a moving plate 8 and fixed regardless of the tension of a belt 19. Further, the crystal surface of the spectral crystal 13 and the direction of the X-ray detector 15 are rotated at this time by transmitting the force to the both from the belt 19 through pulleys 12 and 18. Thus, when the spectral crystal 13 moves along the straight line A while rotating its crystal surface, the X-ray detector 15 is moved following up the movement of the convergence point of an X ray which is Bragg-reflected by the analyzing crystal 13. |
