PURPOSE:To simplify a fixing process by using a metallic part concentrically having double cylindrical sections having different diameters and unifying an annular-shaped magnet part with a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A metallic part 1 used for a rotor concentrically has double cylindrical sections 2, 3 having different diameters, and both cylindrical sections are connected by a connecting section 4. Three or more of projections 5 continuing in the axial direction are formed to the outer circumferential surface of the external cylindrical section 2 while one end edge (the side where there is the connecting section 4) is chamfered to a tapered surface (or a curved surface) 6. The inner circumferential surface (one end edge of the inner circumferential surface of a central hole 8 and the side where there is the connecting section 4) of the internal cylindrical section 3 is also shaped in a tapered surface (or a curved surface) 7. Accordingly, a magnet is pressed in and fixed to the external cylindrical section and a shaft to the central hole 8 respectively in order to unify an annular-shaped magnet part with the shaft.
