PURPOSE:To realize the smooth cut surface of an opening in a molded disc and at the same time prevent chips from developing by a method wherein the molded disc in a mold cavity is blanked by advancing a punch at the time set by a timer before the solidification of molten resin after the completion of injection. CONSTITUTION:At the preparation for opening the central part of a disc before the solidification of the resin in a cavity after the completion of injection, a four port connection three position selector valve 67 is changed over to a A-position. At the same time, a cylinder 32, which is provided on a movable side first member 24, is put into actuation so as to shift a piston 33 leftwards in order to eject a punch 50 leftwards. The central part of a molded disc is blanked for opening through the action of the punch 50. After the end of the blanking of the molded disc, a movable platen 2 starts to retreat. At the same time, a first ejector plate 30 also retreats. However, after its retreat in some extent, the first ejector plate 30 is stopped by abutting against a pair of screw rods 70. Since the retreat of the movable platen 2 results the relative ejection of a collar 42 and the leftward shifting of a driving member 44, a product ejector collar 49 ejects so as to release the molded disc from a movable mold 47. |
