Variable socket shuttering for concrete pipes, in the case of which, by means of the same bottom socket (2) and only by the use, according to the invention, of differently shaped blockout rings (8), a plurality of variants of socket shutterings can be produced, which are suitable for the manufacture of a plurality of concrete-pipe sealing systems, for example loose and fixedly concreted-in sliding rings (1) and rolling rings (12) (Figures 1 and 2). Since the blockout rings (8) comprise thin rubber sleeves, these can be stored in a space-saving manner in batches in box pallets or the like in the vicinity of the pipe-manufacturing installations. The various concrete-pipe sealing systems of one pipe nominal width can, using the same steel bottom sockets (2), be cost-effectively produced in any desired sequence, without interrupting the pipe manufacturing taking place, merely by changing the lightweight and inexpensive blockout rings (8). <IMAGE>
