PURPOSE:To finely control the temperature by providing two control circuits independent of each other, which are controlled by the same signal from a temperature detecting circuit, to set temperatures to plural heaters independently of one another. CONSTITUTION:When a base signal is supplied from a control circuit 4 to a transistor (TR) 16 by the signal of a temperature detecting circuit 3, a current flows to a relay coil 17 and a contact 17' is closed to supply power to a heating body 18, and the current does not flow to the heating body 18 if the supply of the base signal to the TR 16 is stopped. When a control circuit 5 sends the base signal to a TR 9 by the signal of the circuit 3, a current flows to a relay coil 8 and a contact 8' is closed to apply a potential to a receptacle 11 for instruments, and the potential is not applied to the receptacle 11 for instruments if the supply of the base signal is stopped. Thus, plural heaters are set to temperatures independently of one another while correlated to one another.
