PURPOSE:To detect a control part which is doubly set by erroneous setting of a channel number, by providing each of control parts connected by a daisy chain with a state register indicating the connection state. CONSTITUTION:In a control part 2 positioned in the highest order, the state of a control signal is detected by a control signal detecting circuit 53 and it is reported to a state set control circuit 57 that the control part is positioned in the highest order. Information indicating that the control part is positioned in the highest order is stored in a state set register 58 which receives this report and the detection signal output from a power settling signal detecting circuit 52. Similarly, information indicating respective positions of control parts 3-6 in second, third, and following stages are stored in state registers 58 provided in control parts 3-6. Consequently, duplication due to erroneous setting of channel numbers is detected by contents of state registers of control parts.
