PURPOSE:To make a winding process possible under the condition where surface pressure is not applied, by using an extendible and contractible inner frame with a retaining part which contacts only a corner part, and giving a tension to the linear part of an amorphous alloy thin belt. CONSTITUTION:A retaining part 3 which supports only the corner part of a D-type iron core is arranged at the tip of an extendible and contractible arm part 2 of an inner frame 1, which is inserted into the inner periphery of an amorphous alloy thin belt A which is wound in the form of D. By extending the arm part 2, a tension F is given to a linear part A1 of the amorphous alloy thin belt A. This tension F can be freely adjusted in accordance with the rotational amount of a coupling 6, that is, the degree of separation of connecting members 4a and 4b. Both ends of the linear part A1 are supported by the retaining part 3, and further the retaining part 3 is made higher than the arm part 2. Thereby, surface pressure does not generate between the neighbouring layers of the amorphous alloy thin belt A, the orientation of magnetic domain is advanced at the time of annealing the amorphous alloy thin belt, so that a product with improved iron loss is obtained.
