PURPOSE:To fix surely a pressure tube and a guide sleeve with each other, by making the pressure tube of a material which contracts at the time of annealing, and annealing the pressure tube. CONSTITUTION:A pressure tube 2 is made of a material such as SUS631 which contracts when it is annealed. A guide sleeve 7 is inserted into the tube in the manner in which the guide sleeve 7 is separated from a stopper member 4. Then parts 2a and 2b of the pressure tube 2 neighbouring with the end portion of the guide sleeve 7 are heated and anneled by high frequency heating, etc. Then the parts contract and their diameters are reduced. Thereby, the guide sleeve 7 is fixed at a specified position of the pressure tube 2, so that the movement of the guide sleeve can be prevented even if a pressure is applied to the inside of the pressure tube.
