PURPOSE:To position a printing paper correctly on a predetermined portion of an impression cylinder to enable a printing to be conducted over the entire surface of a printing paper, by a method wherein sucker members for feeding the printing paper to a blanket cylinder with the reverse sucked and positioning members which abut on the leading edge of the printing paper to regulate the position of the printing paper in the forward direction are provided so as to be exposed outward. CONSTITUTION:Sucker members 32 move forward together with a printing paper P with the printing paper P sucked and held due to the rotation of an impression cylinder 2. The sucker members 32 are arranged two in number in the axial direction of the impression cylinder 2. Decorative members 45 are provided on the outer sides of the respective sucker members 32. In recessed hold portion 23 of the impression member 2, a pair of positioning members 46 are arranged on the side of a blanket cylinder 13 of the sucker members 32 so as to rotate by a fixed amount in the reverse direction to the impression cylinder 2 and in the rotational direction thereof. The positioning member 46 is so constructed as to securely hold a crank-section abutting plate 50 exposed outward from the impression cylinder 2 at the tip end thereof through a holding shaft 49, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the impression cylinder 2 at the end portion of a support plate 48 securely provided on a rotating shaft 47.
