PURPOSE:To simultaneously take a shot test in the same test tank at different temperature by holding the temperature of cooling water supplied to each electron cooling element constant and adjusting flow rates individually. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water which circulates and antifreeze liquid are used, the liquid is held at 0 deg.C, and the cooling water from a cooling water tank 26 is supplied to plural electron cooling elements 5a-5c through a cooling water circuit 6, a cooling water circuit entrance 7, and a flow rate regulating valve 8. The cooling water circuit 6 is coupled with the plural electron cooling elements 5 in parallel, so the amount of cooling water supplied to each cooling element 5 is individually controllable. Thus, the flow rate of the cooling water supplied to each cooling element 5 is controlled individually by the flow rate controller 8 to supply the cooling water of the same temperature, thereby controlling the respective cooling elements 5 to different temperatures. Consequently, the shot test is taken at the different temperatures simultaneously.
