摘要 PURPOSE:To guide many unmanned carrier cars with one laser light beam by splitting laser light incidence on a detector into two by a half-mirror, projecting one laser beam, and light receiving the other laser light beam by a photodetector and controlling the runs of the unmanned carrier cars. CONSTITUTION:The laser light L outputted by one laser oscillator 3 is slit into plural guide light beams G1-G3 by plural half-mirrors 4, 7, and 8. Then when an unmanned carrier car 11 is positioned on the optical path of guide light G, guide light G enters the main body 13 of a detector 12 through one through hole 14, part of the guide light G is split by a half-mirror 15 to change a road perpendicularly above, and the remainder is projected through the other through hole 14. The split guide light G is reflected by a reflecting mirror 16 and light received and converted into an electric signal by a photodetecting element 17, and the signal is amplified by an amplifier 18 and inputted to a CPU 19. Here, the CPU 19 drives a steering motor 22 to control the turning angles of wheels. Consequently, plural carrier cars 11 can be guided by the one laser oscillator 3.
