<p>PURPOSE:To form a recording track at a pitch high accuracy on a tape by connecting the first and the second magnetic heads to recording and reproducing amplifying circuits, respectively, giving a control signal to each of them, and switching an operation mode of the circuit from recording to reproduction at every head. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 11, 12 have recording 13, 14 and reproducing 15, 16 amplifying circuits, respectively, controlled by signals SCA, SCB synchronized with a pulse SWP, heads CH1, CH2 record a signal Sf5 to a servo-area ARS of a prescribed track, and thereafter, while its adjacent ARS is scanned, 'H' is kept. During this period only, the circuits 11, 12 are switched from a recording mode to a reproducing mode, and crosstalks SOSA, SOSB of a pilot signal SfS are obtained through the head. They are selected 21, 22 by the pulse SWP, and when a video area ARV is being scanned, a video signal SOV is obtained, and when an audio area ARA and a servo-area ARS are being scanned, said signal is separated into a crosstalk signal SOS and a PCM audio signal SOPCM. When SOS is brought to sampling, and the head is controlled so as to become a peak value VrefA=VrefB, recording can be executed onto a tape at a prescribed track pitch with high accuracy.</p> |
