发明名称 THIN FILM ELECTROMAGNETIC TRANSDUCER
摘要 PURPOSE:To apply enough magnetic flux to the core of a reading head by forming a pair spiral coils, which are set in the same winding direction and to which outside edge parts are connected each other, on a substrate with thin film technique and providing bonding pads for impressing a driving current at the inside edge parts the spiral coils. CONSTITUTION:First and second spiral coils 22 and 23 are formed on the magnetic substrate 21 made of NiZn ferrite with thin film technique. In this case two spiral coils 22 and 23 are juxtaposed so that their center axes are shifted and their winding directions are set in the same direction. The outside edge parts of the spiral coils 22 and 23 are electrically connected each other and at the inside edge parts of the respective spiral coils 22 and 23 the bonding pads 24 and 25 for impressing the driving current are formed. Since the magnetic fluxes to which directions are opposite each other can be generated in the respective spiral coils 22 and 23, reading output in enough level can be obtained even in case of reading with the reading head in a magnetic card system.
