PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition effective with small quantities to be added, for use in polyolefin resin, by incorporating atactic polypropylene with an alkyl diethanolamine, higher alcohol and glycerin ester. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 75-95(pref. 80-90)wt% of a resin component consisting mainly of atactic polypropylene with each 1-15wt% of (B) an alkyl diethanolamine of formula I (n=12-18), (C) a higher alcohol of formula II (m=16-18) and (D) a glycerin ester of formula III and/or formula IV (p=7-21) (pref. a mixture with the weight ratio P=15/P=17=30-70/70-30), totalling 5-25(pref. 10-20)wt% so that the component B accounts for >=10wt% of the components B+C+D. This composition is to be incorporated in polyolefin virgin pellets in such amounts that the content of the antistatic agent in the polyolefin resin falls between 0.1 and 10wt%. |
